Serve Others There are many opportunies at FCC for you to use your gifts and talents to serve others in the church and in the community. Audio/Visual Team Contact: Sandy Murdoch If you are interested in assisting with the video projector or sound system during services, please talk to Kevin or Sandy. Cleaning Ministry Contact: Steve Acquilla This team is in charge of keeping the church building clean. Teams take turns on a weekly basis. FCC Kids Contact: Sally Cope We are always looking for teachers and helpers for this ministry. Helpers must be 6th grade level or older and have completed Class 101. Greeter Team Contact: Ron Green The Greeter Team welcomes members and guests to our celebration service by handing out programs, escorting from the parking lot and tending to ushering duties. High School/Middle School Groups Contact: Kevin Cope These groups are open to anyone in grades 6-12. We meet every month for music, games, snacks, and small group bible study. We also have special events and trips throughout the year. Hospitality Team Contact: Connie Eschler This team prepares the Sunday morning refreshments. Loaves and Fishes Contact: Kathy Johnson Loaves and Fishes provides meals, cards and flowers for people in the FCC community who are going through difficult times in their life. Nursery/Childcare Contact: Lisa Becker This team assists with childcare in the nursery and toddler rooms during Sunday service. Persons involved usually help out once every few months. Prayer Team Contact: Prayer Team This team distributes prayer needs of our church family via e-mail, Sunday prayer list and sometimes by phone. The Prayer Team provides group opportunities for praise and prayer, as well as encouraging believers to grow in their personal prayer life. Servant's Station Contact: Kathy Johnson Support local mission organizations and help those in need in our community. Small Groups Contact: Greg Meyers Small groups are a big part of the FCC community. Groups meet throughout the week in different locations, sometimes in people's homes or sometimes at the church. Check the groups page for a complete listing. Sports Teams Contact: John Sheckton Join us for fun times playing softball, volleyball and basketball. Get to know other folks at the church and from other churches too. We encourage each other to be an example for Christ on and off the sports field. Vacation Bible School Contact: Cindy Elsenbeck Vacation Bible School is held during the summer for kids pre-school and elementary school age kids. We need your help! We need help in the following areas: Set Creations: Help create and set-up decorations for the church Group Leaders: Lead a group of children between the stations Station Leaders: Set-up and minister in the following areas to children: Games, Snacks, Bible Study, Pre-School, Crafts Web Site Contact: Tim Becker This ministry is open to anyone interested in helping update or develop the church website. Only basic internet skills are required. Anyone interested in writing articles, creating graphics, or helping to maintain the events list, news page or links pages is welcome to inquire. Anyone with new ideas or more advanced skills in ASP or VBScript is also welcome. Worship Team Contact: Peggy Traester The purpose of the worship team is to lead people to a face to face encounter with God. Our mission is to bring us all together to worship God through music during FCC celebrations.
